Question: I fell in love with a book character!?!!?!!?

Edward Cullen!. Everyone knows who hat is,right!? It's so silly and weird!. But Stephenie Meyer description of him equals to perfect!. Not the looks like, but the things he do, his personality is just unbelievably perfect! Every time I think of him, or even mention his name it makes me upset as i know he's not real, and I'll never find someone with his personality!. Is this normal!? Am I going mental!? My friends are just making fun of me and getting annoyed!. I can't stop thinking about the book and Edward Cullen!. He seems so perfect and so nice and everything!.!.!.!.is there anyone out there feeling the way I do!? help!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is the Great Book Character Dilemma!.

Now, I will spare you on my usual rant about the dreaded Eddie Cullen because you sound like a sensible girl, and I shall skip along to what you should do!. Keep in mind it is VERY VERY hard for me to control my opinions, so count yourself lucky and be warned!.

Falling in love with a book character is much like having a crush on an actor!. Many people do, especially with dear Eddie here!. The thing you like is the 'concept' of having the perfect man; it is the, essentially, 'perfect' concept and you're looking for someone like him out here in the real world!. It is perfectly normal, and don't be afraid that you're silly and weird!.!.!.atleast you seem to have kept your head on the ground instead of Twi-hard girls who defend the little scrap of paper and ink like he's their dying love or something!. 'OME LYK OMGAWD EDWURD I LUVS UUUUU <3 <3'!.!.!.!? Sound familiar!? Now THAT'S overreacting!.

It's true, you'll never find someone like him!. But I wouldn't want to!. He's controlling, semi-abusive, stalk---*cuts off* oh crap, there I go!. Ahem!.
