I wanted 2 no something about the lord of the flies by golding!. What does this mean " All round him the long scar smashed into the jungle was a bath of heat!. So r the two boys like abandoned on an island!? also is this an interesting book!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

the scar in reality was the mark left by the plane when it crashed also assuming the heat is some physical explosion, but the scar could also symbolize the mark left by man wherever they go

yeah it is a pretty good book, they are kids stranded on an island!. It is a sociological look at the nature of man, but it is pretty interesting as it goes along!. Definitely give it a read it is slow, but it is also pretty small so it wouldn't kill you to read a bit and see it you like it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's about a group of private school boys on their way home for summer when they get marooned on an island with no adults!. The kids divide up by strong and weak and some of them get killed!. It's a bit of a hard read, and gory!. If you don't like to read don't start it!. If you like to read then go for it!. It's written by a British guy in the 60's so the English is not always easy to understand!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's about a bunch of boys stuck on this island!. They divide, some die!. It's kind of slow but if your a patient reader you might like it!. The movies okay, a little gory!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
