Ok now some of you have prolly seen some of my answering dealing with Twilight and me going on about Jacob Black!.!.so is anyone on my side!?!? Is anyone else feeling mad about him imprinting on Nessie!?!? Right now I just feel lyk im the only one on Team Edward right now, I no its a stupid question to ask but i just wanna no!.!.!.thanks again :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm on your side, but I come from a different background!. See, I despise Edward (and Bella, for that matter)!. I am completely Team Jacob!. I was hoping Smeyer would give him a good ending!. But I definitely agree with you about Nessie/Jake!.

I was HORRIFIED by the imprinting on Nessie thing!. I thought it was so gross!. I mean Jake is stuck as Bella's pet dog for all of eternity now!. He's stuck as part of the Cullen family when, if it wasn't for this whole imprinting thing, he would NEVER have wanted that (and vice versa!. The Cullens' don't exactly like him)!. He would NEVER have made the choice to be with Bella's daughter!. And now he's forced into immortality because Nessie is immortal!. HOW is that a "good ending!?" for Jake!?! He didn't even WANT to imprint-- the only time he actually said he wanted to was when he was trying to alleviate a giant hole in his chest!. He wanted to imprint out of desperation!. But he didn't want his free will taken from him-- he wanted to be able to choose love!. Jake has ALWAYS represented "choice" in this series, and he's always been the one who doesn't like restrictions!. And his free will was taken away with Nessie-- he had no choice at all!.

And she's BELLA'S DAUGHTER!. Ew!. I can handle that he imprinted on a baby, but BELLA'S BABY!?! I know he doesn't look at Nessie sexually now, but imprinting is an inherently sexual thing-- you imprint on the person who is your best genetic match!. Yet Jake pictured Bella pregnant with *his* child!. He pictured himself having sex with her!. He made out with her! And instead he's going to knock up Bella's DAUGHTER!?! What's he going to say when they are making out!?! "Hey, honey, I love you, but I'm not going to lie-- your mom was a better kisser!"!. It's just so revolting!. And now Bella is his MOTHER IN LAW!?! And now Jake is Charlie's grandson-in-law!?! Ew!. Ew, ew, ew!.

Yeah, I was pretty much pissed!. Jake deserved better than that!. I'm the most pro-Jake a person can get, but I wish she would have killed him off!. I think that's better than having him end up with Nessie!Www@QuestionHome@Com

the only reason is because finally, he's off bella's back and he's not in love with her anymore!.
he has renesmee now!.

I am mad that he is as protective of her as she is!. But really, what can you do!? Renesmee was a way to give Bella and Jacob a happy ending, as well as to keep him!. I have always, and will always be for Team Edward!. Edward is the dream that keeps me believing in love!. But what Nessie and Jake have is more than love, its a bond that can't be broken easily and I think that they will be good for each other!.!.!.a perfect match!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm mad about him imprinting on Renesemee, I'm mad about her existing at all, and I'm mad that the whole story was wrapped up in that ridiculous neat little package!. I was upset with Breaking Dawn in general!.

i dont understand how he could imprint on nessie because she is going to be imortal once she is 7 and once he stops becoming a werewolf he is going to age
it just doesn't make any sense to me

i used to hate jacob because he interfered with bella and edward but now that he's imprinted i like him a lot!.
but i'm not really happy it was renesmee because in truth i really really really don't like renesmee at all!. she just ruined the whole book!. and i kind of wanted him and leah to fall in love anyways, not that they could reproduce or anything for a long time!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I mean at first i was mad because he seemed like a child predator to me but then i read the book again and saw that he cared for her in a different way, and besides he doesn't start aging until he decides he doesn't wanna be a wear wolf anymore so he could stay with nessie forever!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, I'm kind of neutral on the Team Jacob and Team Edward thing!. They both have their flaws and pros!. I'm more toward Team Jacob because he isn't as controlling and overprotective as Edward!. As for the whole Nessie thing!.!.!.i had to put the book down and walk away after I realized he imprinted on her!. I don't think it's weird but it caught me off guard!. COMPLETELY!. Stephenie did say (at least I believe she did in one of her interviews) that she was going to write a book from Jacob's perspective and now we have some idea what it would be about (Jacob and Nessie) IF she does!.

Edit: As long as there are vampires in the vicinity and Jacob continued to shift, he can live forever just like Nessie!. And the fact that he doesn't have to wait long didn't faze him at all!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
