fi books?

Question: Do you like Clifford Simak's si/fi books!?

Simak is my favorite of the Golden Age authors!. Recently I have been lucky enough to find many of his books (almost all are out of print now) at a local used bookshop!.

My favorite novel of his is undoubtedly Way Station, but I also really enjoyed Cemetery World and Our Children's Children!. I am still looking for a copy of The City, about which I have heard wonderful things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I particularly like his short stories, although he has written a lot of good novels!. City, Way Station, and Why Call Them Back from Heaven!? are all good!. I can also remember liking the Fellowship of the Talisman when I was 14 or so, although a dispassionate eye would have to rate it as second or even third tier fantasy and rather derivative!. Didn't stop me from enjoying it but hey I was 14!.

Oh and just to be picky, Simak is Silver Age rather than Golden Age!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
