Apartments, shopping centres, and transportation facilities are built in the new area!. In the meantime, crowding in the old centre is reduced!.
However, the disadvantages of moving should not be ignored!. People prefer to live close to shopping centres and work!. Moving the workplace brings a question: stay or move!?
