The new book "Breaking Dawn"!?
how many people were REALLY disappointed!.!.!. i was!.
the 3rd to last chapter actually made me cry and i was prepared to see everyone die, but their wasn't even a physical fight, and EVERYONE (accept irina) lived happily ever after!.

wouldn't it have been cool if everyone died, and the next book was about jacob and Renessme!?

or if some crucial but un-painful characters died, or if there was a physical fight and the voltori surrendered!? or lost!?
I'm disappointed!.
if you aren't, that's okay!. i was about to become a hard core fan, until i read the last chapter of the last book!.

i just thought things were tied up a little too neatly
and apart from the beginning of the third book (when bella first becomes a vampire) i thought the writing was a little!.!. blergh

If Stephenie Meyer wrote a book about Jacob and Renessme it would be pretty cool indeed because if they had an offspring it would be talented being half human/werewolf/vampire and I wonder how that life would be you know!.

Since I am a boy, I wanted their to be a fight, I was only in on Twilight BECAUSE of violence!. She doubled, no, tripled the romance and took away all the action!. I wanted Jane and Bella would fight, now that doesn't sound so awsome!. I wanted Bella to have twins!. I wanted someone to die, or feel a tremendous shower of pain to occur on Bella because I feel her pain!. I wanted a lot of things to happen that didn't!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

actually I was surprised because this was one of the first books that I have read in a long time that actually had a happily ever after

and I was kinda bummed that there was no fight and she didn't go more into detail when they were gettin it on lol like she did in the previous books but all in all i still liked it because every now and then its nice to just have things be happy =)

I agree with the person above me I was really hoping that there would be a huge fight kinda like LOTR where the good guys still live happily ever after but there are a few non crucial characters that die and that the witnesses would have turned on the vultriWww@QuestionHome@Com

I was sorta annoyed about that too!. I think it would be cool if they had to fight against the Volturi and the Volturi lost, then the Romanians would take over the "throne" and they would offer the Cullens positions of power, but they would decline!.

Yes, that was actually the ending I was hoping for, it just seemed silly to build up that much tension and then have it resolved so simply!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I haven't even finished the book yet and I am extremely disappointed!. I was expecting something way better, therefore I am struggling through the book!. Am I the only person who thinks this book is even more fanfiction-y than the first three!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

i wasnt disappointed with the book overall, but i kind of wanted the volturi's witnesses to turn on them and kill them all!.!.!.

i get what your saying, and i hear alot of people are angry with the ending fight scene but personally i was not disappointed!. i am glad it was a happily ever after type of thing because if you really felt like you know the characters then why would you want them to be killed off!? i mean i was relieved when i found out all the momentum of the fight never had to happen!. and i was a little annoyed that at least none of the volturi died cuz i was ready to see Jane and them die!. lol to tell you the truth i pictured Aro like Dumbledore from HP =D not sure why!. he seemed so polite even tho he really just wanted to kill renesmee!. but i think my fav from the books are the last one just cuz it was a happy ending, you dont see much of thsoe any more!. but also im not one to expect things to happen, i just like to get to know the characters and anticipate things =D as long as everybody is not killed off in the last 50 pgs or so, then im good lol =D well anyways im gunna go reread twilight so laters!

I was very disappointed!. I wasn't impressed with the fact that Bella got everything she could ever want!. She got her immortal true love, she got to include her father in her life, she got her immortal child, and she got to keep her best friend around forever so they can all go on living their immortal lives happily forever and ever!. Blah! Where's the element of true life!? Where's the pain of separation she was supposed to feel when she had to choose between these lives!? Where's the sacrifice she had to make to stay with Edward!? It's all too perfect!

What if Bella and Edward BOTH died, but it was okay!.!.!. because then we could have found out that vampires really do have souls and they could have gone on being together forever, but in a different way!.

Really, almost anything would ahve been preferable to that all too happy ending we were left with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
