Question: Which is worse, Twilight or the annoying Twi-hards!?

I personally dislike a lot of the Twilight fans because they treat Stephanie Meyer like a god!. Notice, I said a lot, not all!. And since I have to explain this every time I say something bad about Twilight!.!.!.No I didn't say it's wrong to be a fan of Twilight or to enjoy the books!. Personally, I think a lot of people tolerated Twilight before, it's the fans who are making everyone despise Stephanie Meyer and her writing!. One thing that pisses me off quite a lot is how Twi-hards say things like, "Leave Stephanie Meyer alone!"
She is a GROWN WOMAN!. She can take criticism!.
Many of her fans were calling her a genius on youtube so I said, "How does making a romance novel make you a genius!?"
Someone had the audacity to say to me, "Ask Jane Austen that!."
How!.!.!. I mean!.!.!.!. who!.!.!.
It goes without saying!.
What the hell is the matter with these people!?

The fans!. Especially the ones who diss you for having an opinion, when all they can think about is how OME Edward is!.!.!.no matter that he's boredering on abusive and sexist and overprotective!. Yeah, I really like the books, but I'm sick of all the die hard fans out there ruining the whole thing!. Everywhere you go anymore, the books come back to haunt you because people ask you if you've read it or not, and if you dare say yes, you get stuck in a conversation about it!. i really like the twilight books!. i dont see anything wrong with someone liking a book!. i think we need more young adults reading, whether it be twilight or something else!. The fans!. The books can be avoided!. No one is going to force me to read them, and the cover actually looks nice, so if I happened to pass it in my local target, that would probably be okay!.

well i really like the books but im not one of the ones who keep posting stuff about her!. im just the one who answers questions about the books!. and i don't put things that say leave her alone!. and ill admit that people who say that should reallly shut their trap because its not like they are her personal body guard or something!. she CAN take care of herself!. i think that mostly people say she's a genius because her books capture their interest more than any other book!. i think she is a wonderful writer for this being her first series!. but i don't worship her!. so i'd say that only the REALLY REALLY REALLY irritating people [the ones that keep posting the same questions on a daily basis-i've seen about four of those] are annoying me!. other than that i think its just alright!. i mean seriously-if people enjoy reading then whose to stop them!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

i think that the twilight saga is an ok series!. i liked all the books!. ive bought them all and ive read them numerous times!. so its not the books that i find annoying!.
the twi-hards piss me off so much!. theyre all, oh leave poor stephenie alone!. she wrote this amazing series thats better than harry potter and you should be grateful!. its not her fault you dont like the series, its yours!.

even though im a fan haha!. but i know what you mean, its just a book, stephenie meyer isnt a god!. but i do enjoy reading them!. i started reading this book when i was in 10th grade, i am now over a year out of high school (19 almost 20)!. i hate how popular it got, i loved it when i was just reading it and the other true fans, but now i look around a people just started reading it like a year ago and became insanly obsessed!.

The books are amazing, but im not crazy about it!. The fans that are going crazy over it drive me nuts and makes me wish i never read the book, which isnt fair because the book is amazing!.

and now for the people who are seeing these fans, and get annoyed are not giving the book a chance!. people are ruining her books by being so obsessed and annoying and giving stephenie way to much credit

yes she is a great writer, yes her stories are amzing, but she is no god!. these fans need to relax and get a life and stop going crazy so people will actaully start to read the book again and not be hesitant because of the weirdo fans out there!.
