Question: What Are Some Nice Appropriate Books For 12yrs Children!?

My Niece Is 12 And She wanted some good books to read but I am not really sure what books are nice!.
I know about twilight but she's not into Vampires
Or Werewolfs!. And She loves the Pretties Series but she wants a book that doesnt really turn bad!. I read them too just because they looked interesting!.

Well I'm 13 (as of last month) and I liked The Mysterious Benedict Society and also Chasing Redbird!. if she's more into fantasy, then maybe The Little White Horse!.!.!. or a REALLY good one is The Wedding Planners Daughter!.!.!.none of them are inappropriateor weird!. they are all perfectly good!. enjoy!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your niece is at an age where it's hard to choose books that are appropriate due to content, etc!.
The Lemony Snickett Series is wicked and wonderful, extremely clever and humorous!.
Gail Carson Levine wrote Ella Enchanted and a whole host of other princess type stories with a twist and interesting vocab!.
A book I loved: To Kill A Mockingbird
Little Women, a classic all girls should read!.

Maybe one of the sisterhood of the traveling pants series!. Even though she's not into vampires, Twilight would be an awesome book because it's not focusing on vampires very much at all!. It's more about love and romance!. I hated reading about vampires and other scary things but I loved twilight!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I started reading the Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot when I was 12, and I still love them!. I'd recommend anything by Meg Cabot; she has some really amazing books!. I also liked I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have To Kill You and the sequel Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Ally Carter at that age!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
