Can anyone who has read Around the World In Eighty Days give me an example on how either Phileas or Passepartout effect the environment!? Whenever they hire a steamboat and get the steamboat to go full speed, what happens: more smog!. That's the only thing I can think of!. The Industrial Revolution was the beginning of the environmental issues we now face and a lot of Fogg's traveling was done via railroad or steamboats!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
