He spent his remaining years in a monastery!. I love Oscar Wilde and his works, his whimiscal pieces of satire are absolutely delightful!. Try these: The Importance of Being Earnest (Two women find themselves engaged to a imaginary person called Earnest, but the men they love are neither!. Amusing -there is a movie too) An Ideal Husband (this is also a movie but I read both!. The "Ideal" husband has some very dark secrets, and only his extremely dishonest friend is willing to help him) After this, you can delve in some of his deeper works, which are equally good!.
