Without knowing what your story is about it will be hard to choose a Japanese word for you!.

Why don't you try using a Japanese translator or a Japanese book to find a name that you like, or you could name it in English but with a Japanese sounding name!. Or even after the place that it is set in like Mt!. Fuji or LaQua!.

I hope this helps you think of a good name for your manga!.
