(highschool reader)Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: schindler's list was a book before it became a movie!.!.!.it was very good!.!.!. i also loved number the stars! there is a holocaust book that i read in high school and i cannot remember the name of it (it was so good that i actually bought it and then lent it to a friend and never got it back!) but it was about a teenage girl who was sent to a concentration camp ( i read it in like 11th grade and it was very graphic but extremely moving) i would also recommend A Long Way Gone Memoirs of a Boy Soldier (its about the civil war in Sierra Leone) by Ishmael Beah!.!.!.it was also an amazing story about loss and survival!.!.!.very moving!.!.!.good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com 1!. Www@QuestionHome@Com The only other holocaust-related book I've read is The Painted Bird by Jerzy Kosinksi, but it's *very* graphic and pretty disturbing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Its not a holocaust book but it does have mystery and a suprise ending, it is called The Luxe by Anna Godbersen!.
