Caius is Aro's brother!. Thats why!. And felix and santiago are just really strong emmett-like brawny fighters!.

because he wants power, just like the other guys!.
felix is part of the volturi cuz hes so big and strong, he doesnt need a power!. and idk about santiago!.!.we were never introduced to him!.
i dont think that the volturi are ALL about the special abilities!. they all want power!. its what unites them!.

Felix and Santiago are part of the Volturi because they are fighters they are their muscle!. You saw what Bella could do she shield all the stuff Jane and Alex could do but it couldn't help her against physical attacks!. Caius has to be the biological brother or a close friend of Aro!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
