Question: In the novel the host what is a raid!? also is there alot of love in this story!?

i read over the summary of the book and wondered what a raid was!. after reading the twilight series i for surely knew i loved book that had love in it because it makes it all the more!.!. should i say luring!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

a raid is search for something needed or desired!.!.!. like u have to read the book coz some ppl go on a raid to get food and stuff and yes there is "love" lol
