I wont spoil any of the books for you if you plan on reading them, but i wasnt sure about reading them as im certainly not a young adult anymore, but after reading the reviews on amazon i eventually bought it and have read all the books in the twilight series!. I really like them, they are class as teen/young adult on amazon but there is enough of a story to interest older people, and in some ways, i would not be too happy knowing a young teen was reading them as there are several references to more adult topics throughout the series!.

I would recommend them to anyone from older teens up, and just like any book you may or may not like them! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most people say they are young adult books but I'd say you should be at east 13 to read the last!. Stephanie herself has said that you should only read them if you are 12 or over!.
She a;so said that when writing them, she did not think to herself that she was writing for young adults!. She says that shes never written a young adult book in her life but shes pleased younger people enjoy them!. She said she just wrote them for herself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

some eleven year olds can handle it, but it depends on what you know

i mean i'm fourteen now and i read them when i was 13,
i reall y enjoyed them, and the first 3 books are totally 11 yr old appropriate, only the 4th is a BIT sketchy
