They aren't at all like Twilight, but The Outsiders, The Diary of Anne Frank, and To Kill a Mockingbird were my favorites when I was your age!.

Anne Rice is a really good author too, if you're really into the whole vampire thing, but I didn't start reading her books until I was 15 or so!.

The Series of Unfortunate Events, by Lemony Snicket was pretty good as well!.!.!.!. Oooh and The Anne of Green Gables books, by Lucy Maud Montgomery were really great!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you enjoyed twilight have you considered some thing by Anne Rice!? (she wrote "interview with the vampire") or perhaps something a little different like jams Herbert (he wrote "the fog", "the rats") or maybe "The Wasp Factory" by Ian Banks!. Look 'em up and remember your age shouldn't dictate your choice in books!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm ten and I own www!.bestbooks4ever!.com!. It's you No!. 1 source for children's books run entirely by kids! (The exclamation mark has to go in the description every time!. I say that description a couple of hundred times a day!.) I'm guessing you're a fan of fantasy (thinks)!. Have you read Darren Shan's books!? I'm not the biggest fan of them, but my friend loves them!. Start at the beginning of the series is all I will say, or else you won't understand them!. I know some people love series two, The Demontata, but I prefer series one, The Saga of Darren Shan, or The Cirque du Freak Series, as it's called in America!.
Another author from around here is Eoin Colfer!. He wrote Artemis Fowl, but he also wrote some other books, which I think are better than Artemis Fowl, to be honest!.
Hope this advice helps, and if you're ever stuck for books, go to www!.betbooks4ever!.com, your numer 1 sour - I'm bored of that description!. And I just ordered 25 buisness cards with that on them!. We'll soon have more on the site!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
