I really enjoyed reading the Other Boleyn Girl!. I've read it a few times now, and if you haven't seen the movie!.!.!. read the book first! they are very different!. but yes, i suggest that you read the book!.

it's quite scandalous at time's, but i rather enjoyed the book all together!.

also, good reads by Philippa Gregory that i have read:
the Constant Princess- about Katherine of Aragon, The Boleyn Inheritance and The Virgin's Lover, about Elizabeth 1, Anne Boleyn's daughter!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not sure, I just started reading The Constant Princess by Philippa Gregory ( I would read that one before The Other Boleyn Girl), and it's pretty good so far!. Then I will read The Other Boleyn Girl, then The Boleyn Inheritance!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is a very interseting abook!. I highly recommend it!. but keep in mind that while P!. Gregory does research for her books it is still a work of fiction!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

It is really good!. I like Anne Boleyn and the book kinda makes her seem like a *****, but it is fiction and I just really like that time period!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I loved it!. Anne is one fo the most realistic character's I've ever read, honestly!.

I wouldn't recommend it, why not just read a history book!. It really doesnt seem worth it to waste time reading a book "based" off of true historical events!. If your were to read a history book it can prove to be just as interesting plus you gain true knowledge in the end!. Not all history books are "non-prescription sleep aids" especially if you find a good author!. If your not so interested in the history book, why not try some classical fiction, another win win considering you should be able to take something out of the reading!.
For history books, try subjects including Shakespeare (lots of controversy surrounding his marriage to the older Anna Hathaway, and the children he fathered with her out of wed-lock), Queen Elizabeth (there was a scandal that involved her and another man who's wife mysteriously fell down a stair well), or even try looking up Henry VIII and his wives the entire topic is quite fascinating!.
