I am writing a fantasy fiction story and I need ideas for my villan!. I have already chosen the name, but all I need help on is what the villain looks like!?! Any ideas!. i can't describe him for u because i can't even think fo what he should look like in the first place! plz can someone help with ideas of what the villain looks like, thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I don't think a description of a villain from 'us' is going to be what you need here!. Suggest for the looks of a character, you go to a public place with book, notebook and pen in hand, and glance at the people who walk by!. When you see someone (or more) who makes you think of a villain, make some brief notes about that person's (or those people's) appearance(s) that made you think: "Villain!." Always observe as much of life around you as you can; that is at least half the 'job' of being a writer!. Read good books, yes, write a lot, yes, but don't forget to look around!. You'll spot your villain, even if s/he is a 'mix and match' of several people!. I could advise you to try to make your villain unconventional and not cliche!. You should know your characters literally head to toe, inside and out before you start writing about them!. Otherwise your story will be impossible to write!.Www@QuestionHome@Com I would go away from the cliche villain with a black coat and British accent! How about thinking in opposites!? What if she was an angelic blonde with a heart of pure evil!? Once you write down her character traits ('selfish', 'murderous' etc) try writing down the opposites to these words!. This will give you a more believable 3D character!. You are the one who has the story's concepts, plots, ect in your head, and we don't know what you want the villain to look like, ect!.Www@QuestionHome@Com how about black hair, combed back, eye liner, a bit of an evil look in his eyes, eyebrows tilted down!.!.!. pointed nose, chin up in a cocky way, dark black clothed, maybe pretty wiry, not too muscly!.!.!.!.hope i helped!.Www@QuestionHome@Com |
