You might want to check out Gilbert Morris and Jane Peart!.

Gilbert Morris wrote a really great series called The House of Winslow!. It is not all about pioneers, though it touches that time period!. It begins in the 1600s with people arriving in the new world and follows the family into modern times!. It is really good!. The first book is called The Honorable Imposter

Jane Peart wrote a very good series called The Brides of Montclair!. This one starts in the 1700s and follows the family (actually at some point it branches off into two different families) through time until modern times!. Therefore, though it's not strictly pioneer, some of the story takes part in that era!. It starts with Valiant Bride!.

If you don't mind reading some Christian historical fiction set in the 1800s in England, Lawanna Blackwell is a really good writer!. Her Gresham Chronicles was excellent (beginning with The Widow of Larkspur Inn)!.

Janette Oke has also written quite a few other series you might find interesting!. Here http://www!.fantasticfiction!.co!.uk/o/jane!.!.!. is a list of all of her books!.

Though it is not strictly Christian, you may enjoy the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder!. It was a very enjoyable series!. Another you may enjoy is the Sarah Plain and Tall series by Patricia MacLachlan: Sarah, Plain and Tall, Skylark, Caleb's Story, More Perfect Than the Moon and Grandfather's Dance!.

Another author whose works you may want to check out is Grace Livingston HIll!. She was considered a classic Christian romance author!. Most of her stories take place between the late 1800s and early 1900s in America!.

There are many others, but I hope this will help you find something you really enjoy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Sorry, I'm not into Christian fiction pioneer stuff so I can't help you!. The only Christian fiction I used to read was when I was younger and I read the Elsie Dinsmore books by Martha Finley and the Mandie series by Lois Leppard!. Those were two really good teen books!. But the best adult fiction Christian books are by Frank Peretti!. You should look into reading them!. The Oath, Monster, and House are really good! You might be surprised at how good these horror/thriller Christian fiction books are!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
