It's about a high school boy who refuses to sell chocolate in his school's fundraiser, which becomes a complete school scandal and leads to extreme bullying and violence against him!.

You can probably look on wikipedia or maybe sparknotes (don't know if they'd have it though) for a more detailed summary!. it's been a while since I read it but Robert Cormier is my favorite YA author and it makes me very disappointed that you don't want to give the book a chance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
