I don't understand
why people bash on Twilight
so much!.!.I mean some people
are uneducated and illiterate and
yet you tease people who love to
read just because you think
its tacky or badly written!.
I love the twilight books but that
does not mean that i don't
also read other great books!.
I just wish some people would

Yes!.
It's just another book!.
Some people who are so strongly against Twilight
are big Harry Potter fans
because of the whole Twilgiht vs!. HP movie war!.
So how would they feel
if we Twilights united, and decided to
bash Harry Potter for a couple of days!?
Talk about how poor of a writer J!.K!. Rowling is,
and how Harry's stupid actions
somehow always get the best of him!.

But we don't!. Because we know better!.
Because we have to dignity and tolerance to
support both Team Edward and Team Jacob fans
and open our arms to the whole Twilight community,
and know enough not to put other books down
because in the end,
every book is different!.

People who bash Twilight
don't know what they're missing out on!.
And it sucks enough that sometimes they get
to us, but in the end we
just have to live with it!.

Some people
are too blind
and arrogant
and stubborn
for their own good!.
And they use these flaws
to make uneducated comments
on a wonderful world their own
imperfections
will never allow them to know!.

I don't think it's a matter of bashing per se!. There is a good number of people that contribute to this board who are serious readers and authors!. I think that those of you who blast the board with Twilight Questions would be supremely irritated if others of us did the same thing with books that you are not necessarily obsessed with!. I have to admit that the obsession with the twilight books on this board has made me rethink my feelings toward Twilight!. I liked it as a light read, but the obsession is absolutely maddening!. I Dont have a problem with people who say they dont like it but i hate it when people say:
-Twilighters are stupid and probably haven't read any other books
-Twilight is poorly written go read a better book

I hate how people (mostly adults) complain about how the youth doesn't read enough!. (which is true)

So I find it fantastic that teens are finally reading again and are willing to discuss a book!. That is more than awesome! Even if you may not think it is the best book in literature!.!.!.people are still entitled to their opinions!. Just like you say "We can hate twilight if we want too!"

Most of the obsessed Twilight fans really have not read other books!. There is a difference between Twilight fans and obsessed Twilight fans!.

It's the obsessed Twilight fans that have labelled the rest of the Twilight fans as "twitards!."

I have no problem with people who read the book!. I just don't want to come on here and see people say: "TWILIGHT IS DA BEST BOOK IN DA WORLD!"

And I really hate it when someone says how much they love the book, but use awful chat speak to express their opinions!. It doesn't make them look any more intelligent, nor is it cute!.

I only express my opinion about the book on questions that ask what I think about the book!. Other than that, I leave the Twilight questions alone because I realize it's none of my business, as I do not like the books, and that I don't want to start receiving hate mail again, even though I still do receive it for hating the book on the opinion questions!.

EDIT: I think you'd be extremely annoyed if I started spamming the boards with questions asking about my favorite books!. Try to put yourself in our shoes!.
