I think that all pure-bloods or half-bloods are related somehow!.Because, remember in the books how (I think in the third book) Harry is technically related to Draco!? Because Sirius is cousins with Bellatrix, who's sister is Narcissa, who's son is Draco!. Or something like that!.!.!.
Anyways, Sirius says the some pure-blood families end up marrying their own cousins, just to keep the pure blood line going!.
However, I think that the only direct way the Harry and Voldemort are related is the fact that Voldemort put a piece of his soul into Harry!. But, another interesting fact would be the prophecy, but I think that is a whole other deal!.!.!.

Interesting question!. I think the books are designed to make you think and put clues and answers together to put the puzzle together!.

I do hope I helped you!.

All of the pureblood families are related somehow!. As you probably know, the purebloods had countless intermarriages in order to ensure the survival of pure blood lines!. Harry and Voldemort are both half bloods, but they have pureblood in their ancestry!. So Harry and Voldy are both distantly related to all the purebloods-- the Weaslys, the Malfoys, Voldemort, the Lestranges, Tonks, etc!. But when I say distantly, I mean distantly!. They'd be things like third cousins twice removed, great great great uncles 4 times removed, etc!. They are such small connections that it's nothing of importance-- it's not really worth mentioning!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It kind of leaves you to make the connection yourself!.

Yes, they are related, distantly!. It has been said that all the wizarding families are somehow related!.

Both Harry and Riddle are distant descendants of the Peverell brothers, the same brothers of the "The Tale of the Three Brothers" story!. Harry is a descendant of Ignotus, while Riddle is a descendant of the other - the connections make it seem like he is the descendant of the one who asked for the resurrection stone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They were both decended from the Peverell brothers (who we may assume were decended from Slytherin, because of Riddle's claim to be the heir) Riddle from the one with the Ressurection Stone, Harry from the one with the Cloak, so they would be distant cousins, so distant it's hardly significant!. But yes, they are related!. Kind of ironic, eh!?

Makes you wonder if *that's* why Harry could open the Chamber of Secrets, and *that's* why he can speak Parsletongue!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
