No!.
I would have told him there was no way I was giving up being human for him!. Ouch, that sounds harsh!. It's true though!. And there's no way in hell that I'm getting married as a teenager!.

*If* I get married, I'm going to date the guy for a year or two before even getting engaged, then wait a few months longer to get married!. I refuse to rush into marriage!. And there is NO WAY I'm letting myself get blackmailed into marriage, which is EXACTLY what Edward is doing to Bella!. I don't find 100+ stone undead virgins exciting !.!.!. so I wouldn't give him the chance!. He wouldn't even be my boyfriend!. If he proposed to me I would kindly let him down!. Wouldn't mind being friends with vampires though!. But I'd prefer the old, beautiful goth vampires, like the Volturi, rather than Meyer's "carnivorous fairies"!. If I was a whiny doormat like Bella I wouldn't accept him anyway, cuz I wouldn't be bettering him!. Edward needs something dominant, like Rosalie or Jane, someone who kicks butt and commands respect, so they can be equals, not one a god and one a human!. Unhealthy!.

Absolutely and in a heartbeat! You have to remember that Edward is from a whole different time period and he sees marriage as the next step in courtship to a life together!. So, he was doing what would have been normal for a teenager in 1918!. I was "in love" with him right from the beginning with Bella!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
