Question: Do you purchase your books or just read what the library has!?

I buy books every now and then, but mostly just borrow stuff from the library and am finding that I'm running out of books to borrow, read all the good stuff!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If I like it I'll buy it, especially if its a series, I'll buy them all!. I love to have books, not just to read, I mean I do read them but they are nice to look at too you know!? And I ALWAYS re-read at least once!. So I asked for a bookshelf for my birthday, its not really nice or anything, its plywood, but I've almost got it filled up!.
I find really good books at Goodwill from time to time, and there's a bookstore up the street that has practically brand new books 75% off original price, or you can trade!. There are stores like that everywhere!.!.!.I recommend buying books, that way you will always have it if you need to reference, or you just need a good book to read on a rainy day!.!.!.also Amazon!.com is a good option you get books that may or may not have been used but they are always in such good condition I can never tell and they have really, really good prices!Www@QuestionHome@Com

i ALWAYS buy my books!. i don't even know why, i think i just like to own them!? plus i tend to re-read books!. and i love lending them out!. it really makes no sense, i could always just go to the library!.

but if your running out of books from your library, you could find a different one close to you!. or if you don't want to spend a lot of money you could try thrift stores, they have books sometimes!. of course those wont be like the NEW books!. but if you go on amazon and just look up an author you like or a topic you like you'll find SO many books!. after that you could either ask your library to order a specific book for you or buy it!. they're usually cheap on amazon!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Since I've mostly read all the books that my library has that I'm interested in, I'll usually get my books off the internet!. But, once a year, my library has a book sale so I get about four boxes of books and get all the ones that vaguely interest me and then go from there!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do both but mostly buy second hand books from amazon or charity shops, I got 150 last month to read and spent very little money and when I am done the ones I don't want to keep will go back to the charity shops!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
