I get your question, and I have the books with me, so i will give you the exact pages :)!. Ok in Twilight its in chapter 9 "Theory", on page 195!.
In New Moon its in chapter 20 "Volterra ", on page 452!.

And as for Eclipse it is in chapter 3 "Motives", and it is on page 79 at the bottom!.
