Question: Dean Koontz book!.!.!.can't remember the name!!!!! Do you!?

One of the scenes in the book is this cat and dog talking to each other, basically having a conversation about how humans just don't understand!.!.!.!.!.!.They are on a boat at the time!.!.!.!.!.
I want to read this one again, but CANNOT remember the title!!!

Yes, that would be one of the two Christopher Snow (Midnight Bay) books - Fear Nothing and Seize the Night!.

The conversation between the cat, MungoJerrie (sp!?), and the dog, Orson, was in the first of the two: Fear Nothing!.

***Edit: While the other two mentioned are excellent books with dogs I LOVE (I'd highly recommend both books if you haven't read them), Fear Nothing is the book with a conversation between the dog and the cat which took place on Roosevelt Frost's boat!. Frost was an animal communicator, but Orson wouldn't talk to him (the cat would)!. Christopher Snow and his dog visit him on the boat, the cat is there, and the cat and dog start having a conversation (which Frost can interpret)!. It was a great scene!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
