Oooooh!!!!! I have to say firstly thanks cuz if it werent for u this wouldnt have even crossed my mind (well its has once ((or twice ;-) )) well anyways!.!.) EDWARD!!!!! all the way, hands down, no competition, When I was reading the books, I kept telling myself how ah-mazing edward was, then Jacob came in!.!.and I thought he would be one of those characters that never mattered in a story like some random person she passed by at school or sumtin so I was a little dissapointed with myself when I imagined the person that would represent jake in my mind as some weird little totally unattractive kid that was not only unattractive but all ready seemed apish (long legs short torso with long arms) when he grew a few inches from his original 5' 6"-ish in my mind so it was difficult to keep reading through the book when he was supposedely 6'7"!.!.!.!.ok sorry im getting side tracked =] edward in my mind was coincidentally (and Im not even joking) robert pattison! I had no Idea he was meant to be the character in twilights movie so I was a little freaked out when I found out, so I would definately pick edward when it came to looks ;)!.!.!.!.!.!.personality-wise I would still pick edward cuz hes

1!. not a jerk
2!. soooo selfless and kind
3!.thoughtful and sweet

jacob did have his perks though cuz

1!.he was sweet as well though edward beat him by /that/ much
2!. confident with himself, always a plus but then he got cocky
3!. not so hard to read his face and figure out his emotions

near the end though when jacob phased for the first time and was officialy a werewolf and suddenly he was cocky, stubborn, selfish and unbelievably willing to hurt bella and guilt her into!.!.well!.bleh! Idk!.!.

oh!. look, well id DEFINITELY pick edward over jacob, because he's just so much!.!.!. SEXIER!. had to say that!.
however, i (assuming i'm a character in the story and bella's run off with edward) would settle for jacob any day!
i wish with all of my still-beating heart (dammit - bite me!!! alice!!) that both edward and jacob were real, and that i could have one of the two!!!
(i wouldnt mind becoming a vampire actually, but could easily deal with jacob imprinting on ME!! wahooooo!!!)

From the books, definitely Edward!. He's just so!.!.!. mature, but can still be adorably goofy and mind-numbingly sexy, even just through the words of Stephenie Meyer!.

From the movie, most likely Jacob!. The actor is amazingly hot, and kind of hard to relate to Cedric Diggory from so long ago, in that one Harry Potter movie!.

When I read the book, the description of Jacob was pretty much that of my husband!. Living forever with Edward sounds amazing, but I think because I'm married to Jacob already, I'd pick him!. :) I don't like the idea of being with a younger guy, so that throws me off just a little!.!.!. Well, I love Jacob, but I love Edward too!! Edward, Jacob is a great guy but he can be very stubborn though!. I do like werewolves better than vampires though but both are cool in my opinion!.
