It can't hurt to be without something you admit you're addicted to for three weeks!. An addiction is not a good thing, as you have no doubt heard!. Addiction to any books is the same as addiction to any drugs!. Sometimes a person just has to work through it and realize there are many more books in the world, to help the addicted person through withdrawal!. I mean this; addiction is a real and dangerous thing, even to a set of books!. I know from personal experience!. Widening your reading scope should help you beat the addiction while still being able to read!. Suggest you try other vampire books; teen series like the Uglies or the Midnighters by Westerfeld (both very good!. [though Uglies has a slow start, it picks up speed pretty soon and is one great story], and The Midnighters starts out interesting)!. He also has a vampire book called Peeps!.!.!.
