okay!. im tired of reading these questions about ppl saying that they are tired of little girls pining after fictional characters in a book!.
yes!. i am in love with edward!. IN THE BOOK!
i know that edward is not real!. i know that jake is not real!. i know that what edward is is not real!. and i know that what jake is is not real!!.
all of these ppl are saying stuff, putting ppl down for wanting to beleive that there are ppl out there who care so much for someone as edward does for bella!. so what if we want to read a book, and so what if we get lost in that book while we read it!.
for one, thats what girls do!
for two, thats what the author wants us to do!
get over it, and mind your own business!.

i dont know about some other ppl!. but i know that this series is fictional, and i read it for entertainment purposes only!.
i may love edwards character, but i know that he is not, and never will be real!.

I totally agree, people need to realize that while we are reading this book we are Bella, and I think thats why Stephenie made her shoes so easy to fill!.!.!.

There are SOME freaks that think Edward is real, and will be real, and that's why they're in love with him, but the majority of Twilight fans that are in love with Edward is because they're just wishing that he could be real, even though they know he won't be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I totally agree!. Someone yesterday told me that I have a problem because "I'm in LUVV with a fictional character!." I never said that, and would never say "LUVV"!.

And the term "Twilight Saga Series" is actually what the series is called!. I know it's doesn't fit right, but that's what it's listed as!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

YES!!!!!!!!! i love twilight, and it bugs me that people are putting us down for loving a book that has such unconditional love!. its what we all secretly desire, so of course we would love the series!!!!!! and edward is so perfect, and works so hard to resist what is in his nature!. I don't know what sort of "answer" you're looking for!. I disagree with you!.
I know it's possible to be enamored of a character that does not exist, I think that's fine to a degree!. I have many fictional characters that I like very much, and even who have qualities I would like to have myself or will look for when choosing my friends!.

However when taken to the level that many people here and elsewhere take it, it's dangerous!.
Comparing real people to a fictional character is stupid - people saying that real guys cannot compare to Edward (or Jacob) are idiots in my opinion!. Not only because if Edward were real he'd be a psychotic stalker, but because real guys are on a totally different plane than Edward who is a fabrication of Stephenie Meyer's brain!.
If you recognize that Edward and Jacob are fictional, please stop comparing them to real people or putting down real guys in favor of Meyer's brainchildren!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Did you know yahoo guidelines state that yahoo answers isnt a place to vent your personal frustrations or problems!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.although i do like twilight, and i respect your opinions just as you should respect the opinions of people who hate twilight!. but i must say that all the "I LOVE Edward or i LOVE jake" nonstop can get a bit annoying after seeing it like in almost every answer on the books/ authors category!.

I think this obssesion is absoultley ridiculous- and dangerous-Edward, if real, is certainly NOT the guy to be pinning after (or any guy like him) - he's a bloody pyshco- he's NOT a romantic, he's a PSYCHO!

Anyway, I believe the Twilight 'saga' to be total rubbish- ANYONE can tell a story like Mayer did- she simply over glorified the romantic process- nothing original, nothing unique- it is boring (if not a little creepy)!.
