I read those books A Child Called It by David Pelzer (hope got name right),

think were 3books in total, so sad what the boy went through in his life, made me cry, made me angry, amazed me what the little kid went though as have a child myself think it touched my heart and soul so much more as know the love I have for my child and can't understand how the mum could have been so nasty and heartless to him and made his little childhood years a living hell!. He is a survivor though and made a good life for himself!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The book that is not widely known in N!. America but used to be very popular in Europe - the Gadfly by E!. L!. Voynich!. I read it over and over again!.

There were some others!. I remember a book by Linda Howard where the heroine is looking for her baby that was kidnapped in Mexico!. She finds her child who lives with the adopted family and decides that she has not right to take the child away from the people Justin knows and loves!. I think the title was Cry No More

As a child I was crying my eyes out when reading the original version of the Little Mermaid by Andersen!. The endnig was heartbreaking , nothing like the one in the Disney's version!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"A Child Called It"!. This is about a child who was severely abused and tortured!. He dealt with cruelty that is so terrible, it is hard to speak about it without bursting into tears!. The book is graphic, but it lets readers be aware that childhood could be a terrifying time in a person's life!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When I was little, I read one of those books about Thoroughbreds who die!. Or something with Thoroughbreds that die!. Okay, just one dies!. But I stayed up until 2 am and cried, because I was a strange child!. I think I cried over jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights (they were just so glum!) and I totally bawled several times when I read The Road!. Poor kid!. :(Www@QuestionHome@Com

I once read a passage from the book "A Child called It" and I wept buckets!. I still to this day will not read the whole of that book because it is terribly upsetting even though it has a happy ending eventually!. I think any book about child abuse it harrowing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
