Question: A good teen Book!?

I'm going to eighth grade and I need to read a book during the summer!. I need to no a good teen age novel, the best one you have ever read!. Not biographies please!. Thanks also is there a horror teenage novel you read!? If so please tell me

head to your local public library ask to speak to the librarian responsible for young adult books!. She/He will ask what you like to read - what interests you and before you know it - you'll have tons of great stuff to choose from that you will WANT to read!.
Although - Julia above me seems to be heading for a career as a young adult librarian!. She has some great choices

For a "teen horror" book, I can't think of a better book than Yearly Harvest!. A young woman (not a teenager, but in her very early twenties) goes to a small town to do an article on Christmas, while at the same time a private investigator shows up looking into missing children reports!. It scared me pretty good, but it doesn't have any "extreme content" so it's great for teens as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I read this book in three hours, set in the 1700s!. Hard to explain but awesome!. About a girl who pretends to be a privateer to catch the pirate that stole a kiss from her and landed her father in a caribbean jail!. Pirates!. Love!. Comedy!. Action!. Treasure!. Awesome!.

Tropical Kiss, Caribbean Cruising, Grecian Holiday, ( and the rest of that series Mediterainian holiday Spanish Holiday etc), The I heart Bikinis series, So inn love, Tourist Trap, Island Girls (and Boys), and Main Squeeze are all very similar type books about summer and love!. They are AWESOME books for the feel of summer, best read by the beach :) however they are DEFINATELY not for people under the age of fifteen or sixteen!. They remind me a bit of those old lady novels!.!.!. but for younger people!. The main character is also about 16-18 in all of these!.

The Vampire Diaries
A series about a girl who falls in love with a good vampire who has an evil twin!. Very similar to Twilight!.
