His name is Roger Chillingworth and he was extremely evil and cruel!. He sent his wife off to a new world and literally deserted her by taking his time to find her!. When he did, he tried to destroy the soul of the man he felt had insulted him by loving his wife!. He assumed the role of God in trying to punish someone he disliked and incidentally, he passed himself off as a doctor, which he was not!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
