Question: Is the 'Twilight' series really as good as everyone says it is!?

Alright!. I've heard about the books a while ago, but never really looked into them!. Now, everybody, and I mean everybody, loves them! A lot of people told me to read the books and I'm finally giving in and purchasing the first one the next time I go to my local book store!. Plus, I have nothing to read and it might help me pass time on the summer days when I have nothing planned!. But are they as good as everyone says they are!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Personally I think that they are a tad overrated (here come the thumb's down!. )
The plot sort of drags on and on like it's not really going anywhere!. However, I like the characters A LOT and I love the author's writing style because she uses a lot of description and voice in her technique!.
Overall, I'd say that her books are worth purchasing especially if you have seen the rising trend in her books and want to be like everyone else!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Yes it is good, the first book definately is the best and its hard not to want to read the second one to see whats next, the 3rd one keeps you on pins and needles not knowing what is coming up next!. The 4th book to the series is about to come out August 2nd!. I look forward to reading it but I will have to waite for my daughter to finish it first!. The books are wrote for a teenage age fan base but I really enjoyed them and I am slightly, slightly, slightly beyond teen years!. :) I also look forward to checking out the movie when it comes out!. Try the first book if it doesnt make you excited to want to read the next one then its probably not a series for you!. Enjoy! I know I did!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the Twilight series is ridiculously dull and I'm probably going to get thumbed down by silly fans!.

Obviously, though, many people do love the Twilight series!. You may want to invest in some Anne Rice books before you start Twilight, though, that way you'll have a few good books around - you may even notice the difference between a novel with substance and a book without substance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

These books are even better than anyone can ever tell you they are!! There is romance, action, suspence, saddness!.!.!. Ugh! Totally amazing! Plus, the main character is quite amazing! The author!.!.!. Stephenie Meyer does an outstanding job! If you start reading now!.!.!. it is the absolute perfect time cause the 4th and final book of the series is about to come out on August 2nd!. That gives you about enough time to read them all!.
