I LOVE this book!!! Fitzgerald is one of my favorite authors of all time, he's absolutely amazing!.

The main idea is about not being able to recapture the past, along with love!. Gatsby is convinced he can go back to the way things were between him and Daisy, but doesn't understand how love can change things!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

It's a FANTASTIC story, DEFINATELY read it!. It's about love/obesession and strong social commentary on class!. DON'T skip this one, HONESTLY, it's NOT long, and it's REALLY good!. If you want, you could rent the OLD film version (the one with Robert Redford, Mia Farrow and Sam Waterston)!. It's VERY true to book, and sometimes watching the movie is a good way to get yourself to read the book!. I'm NOT telling you to watch the film INSTEAD of reading, but!.!.!. you'll DEFINATELY be interested in the story if you watch the movie!.

It's pronounced "Gatz-Bee"!.
