Question: Whats the secret about!?

Ive been dying to get my hands on the book "the secret" but everytime i try checking it out from the library, Someone has already taken it!. My doctor has told me its a good book and she thinks i will like it, I've tried reading the summaries online but i still dont understand really what the book is about!. So if anyones read the book before can you please tell me what its about and if it is any good ^!.^

It's on DVD too, if you can't get the book!. It's about "intention manifestation"!.!.!.that what you put out into the universe is what you get back!.
