Question: Breaking Dawn: Have it delivered & wait 2 days or Go to Busy Release party!?
Okay, so I'm definitely buying Breaking Dawn, and I'm definitely pre-ordering it!. So here comes my problem: Do I pre-order it online and wait until Monday the 4th when it arrives (nobody will ship it earlier than that) or do I go to the store to pick it up!? If I order it online and wait for it to be delivered, then I'll have to stay far away from computers, TVs, text messages, and phone calls from August 2nd until I finish reading it!. (Ouch!.) However, if I go to a release party and pick it up, I'll have to wait in long lines late at night, I'll have to dig up a friend to go with me, AND (here's my big thing) I'm T!.E!.R!.R!.I!.F!.I!.E!.D!.! that someone who gets the book before me will open it up, skim the last ten pages, and yell what happens!. I've never gotten to read a new book (in a big series like this) before without spoilers!! And I love these books!.
So tell me!.!.!. is it more worth it to wait it out or to risk the spoilers!?!?
Thanks!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Okay, I love the books, too! If you live in the U!.S (I assume you do) a Barnes and Nobles should be holding a midnight release party near you!. I have a feeling, especially with these books that people will immediately start reading from the beginning, because if you start at the end in one of her books you don't have any idea as to what's happening!. Go to the release party, have fun, get the book, and read it!. You'll have an awesome time! Plus, I've been to release parties, and nobody has ever screamed out the last part!. :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

Ya im going to the party and its probally gonna be pretty crazy so i would just have it delivered to your house!. Beause if you want to pick it up on the release day you will have to call and reserve a book, then go down on the 31st to get a wrist band with a number on it that seals your place in line!. and they only ordered so many books!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If its anything like when the Harry Potter books came out, just go to your local Kmart or Target!. I got both of the last two books easily at Kmart or Big W in Australia, not sure what the equivalent is in America!. They have loads of copies and its not that busy!. As for the thing about yelling out spoilers, there's no guarantee that someone won't but people should be more mature than that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Here's the solution: go alone and bring a CD player or mp3 player with you!. Blast the music the entire time and you'll never hear anything just in case someone decides to ruin the ending for everyone!.

There wouldn't be a point in bringing a friend if you're going to be absorbed in your music, but at least this way you'll get it at midnight and you won't be at risk for catching the ending from some spoilsport!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm having the same dilemma!. I ordered from amazon, and I will be avoiding this computer until I finish it!.!.!.if you order from amazon you may want to pay the extra $8 and have it guaranteed on your door step! I didn't have the money at the time, but im pretty confident the 3rd is the latest I will get it!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

same here that happened with me on harry potter 7 i was in line and this guy was yelling harry dosent die!!! harry dosent die!!!! and that just spoiled it for everyone so i think you should probably go to the release party i cant stand long without technologyWww@QuestionHome@Com

I feel the same way!
I am planning on getting it august 2nd but have no idea if I will have living chance considering EVERY single girl my age in the area has read ever single book!.!.!.so it should be a hectic day trying to get that book :( idkWww@QuestionHome@Com

Well hate to spoil ur fun but Bella and Edward breaks up and Bella goes with jackob's friend i know a few contacts!.!.!.!.!.!.

haha jkWww@QuestionHome@Com

pick it upWww@QuestionHome@Com

Ive never heard of anyone screaming what happens unless it was a complete joke (omg bella gets eaten by a bear)!.!.!.all the die hard twilight fans would murder that person if they did so I dont think anyone wants to risk it

plus you wont be able to avoid spoilers if you ship the book!.!.!.sm is going to give away info in interviews and that will hit the tv's and websites (for me the temptation would be unbearable)Www@QuestionHome@Com
