Question: Anybody else notice the similarities between The Host by Stephenie Meyer and Scott Westerfeld's Uglies Series!?

I just read the Host and noticed some things correlate to Westerfeld's series!. Anybody else notice this too!?!?!?
Both are about humans hiding away after the end of the world!.
Both Wanderer/Melanie and Tibby have two loves!.
Both societies are meant to be free of war and everyone gets along after having "an operation!."
There's many more!.

yeah i noticed that!. Like the seekers in the host and the specials in the uglies!? They are similar but I DEFINITELY love The host wayyyy better!. It's like my fave book! :-DWww@QuestionHome@Com
