Question: Is there any hope for a teenager to get discovered as a writer in England!?
I have written many books, which many of my peers have rated, but I'm too shy to submit anything in competitions or similar!. One of my friends parents is a Publisher and has read my work and would like to show her boss!. Should I let her, or is it all just false hope because I'm young!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Let her show her boss, or forever wish you had!

You'll never know if your stuff really is worthy of publishing unless you take the plunge!. If you do get rejecteed, try again with another publisher!. JKR and many other famous writers faced rejections before they got accepted by publishers!

I know of a girl in France who had her first novel published at 15, so age isn't everything!.

Good luck, and happy scribbling!Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you happened to come across any chance like that by all means go for it!. Age has nothing to do with great stories!. Trust me on that one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Try LULU which is great for self-publishing and is free!. Just google this and within an hour you are a published writer!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Age doesnt matter if its good enough!.

You should give it a go because if you dont you will never know what might have happened!.
And have more belief in yourself!.

Good Luck !Www@QuestionHome@Com
