There are a lot of!.!.!.let's call them "silly" but you know what I'm really thinking!.!.!.people who blindly believe a "memoir" is an accurate depiction of the story line of one's life, who believe Oprah's moral and literary opinions are more valid than the average reader's, who believe reading a memoir is a completely reasonable way to treat drug addiction!. Yes, silly!.

Maybe the guy lied about the fact his book was a memoir!. Who really gives a flipping ****!? He's a good writer, in my opinion!. He has a new book out, I believe it's new anyways, and it's just as good as AMLP!.

Ever read Hemingway!? He was an alcoholic who blew his brains out with a shotgun!. Does anyone shame his writing as a result!? Aside from academic blowhards, that is!.

Im actually in the middle of million little pieces right now!.!.!.!.!.!.and knowing about the author I am taking it as half memoir, half fictional!.!.!.!.!. it's still an interesting read, regardless!. His newest book, Bright Shiny Morning is getting good reviews, so he is slowly redeeming himself as an author!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

when Oprah confronted him on her show, it was difficult to watch!. i respect him for not crying!. good books are a work of art, do i really care how many days he spent in jail, no! it was a good read and the cover art was good too!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
