They're a lot of fun if you can find people who share the same reading topics!. Basically, just get a group of friends together!. Have them invite other friends or colleagues!. Food is always a good way to create a welcoming atmosphere!. The first time you meet you could have a few books you purchased or checked out from the library!. Or you could do a survey to find out what people are interested in reading about and go from there!. The first meeting is usually purely social until everyone starts reading the book!. Some clubs aren't that much fun because you feel outnumbered by people who don't share your same reading interests!. That can get boring and tedious!. well, look around and ask people if they know a good person that does book clubs!. i no that a lot of community colleges have them, and they're for all different age groups!. ive never started one!.!.!.soooooo!.!.!.!.!.!. but i do know that book clubs are really fun and NOT BORING AS SOME PEOPLE SAY!
