Question: HARRY POTTER FANS!!!! Priori Incatatem!?!?

What is that exactly I noticed that Dumbledore said it and knew that Harry and Voldemorts wands had connected andhe saw his parents!. also, it happened again with Dumbledore in the fifth movie, but what is its real significance!?!? Oh, and if the answer is in the Half Blood Prince or Deathly Hallows, DON'T TELL ME!!!! Just say it's there!. Thanks!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Priori Incatatem is a spell used to see the spells a wand has just cast!. Harry saw his parents and the last few people that died because they were his most recent victims!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Im can't remember this for certain because i haven't read the books in a while, but im pretty sure that priori incatatem recalls the last spell done on the wand!. I think thats how they proved harry's wand made the dark mark in the fourth book, as well as recalling the murder's voldemort made with his wand!. I don't think it has a real significance!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

That basically is a spell that when yooh use it on another wand, yooh are informed of the last spell that wand performed!. One example is:

1!. In "Goblet of Fire" Harry's wand was checked using that spell to see if he sent up the Dark mark over the campground!.
