Yes!.

A movie, ten bucks a ticket, lasts only 2 hours!.

A video game, fifty bucks a pop, typically isn't very stimulating, original, or thoughtful!. It's not portable, unless you have a hand-held device, and if you drop that it can break!.

Stage plays can't be viewed while you're in the crapper!.

Books don't require batteries!. They don't break when you drop them!. They're eight to twenty bucks a piece and that money goes a long, long way!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think so, you can reread books and find something new every time, though the same can be argued about movies!.
also, it immerses you in a different world, and it lasts longer!. Its pretty much free, if you didn't have to buy the book, whereas seeing a movie costs about $8-9!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think so, i think TV is a waste of time, and the electricity is being wasted on it, i love the computer, but curling up with a good book is just the best sort of thing you can do, it's like a whole world in your head, i love it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I love reading!. My dad made me read war and peace at 13 before my mom made me stop!. Its always been the best way of relaxing, and I hope that there are still going to have paper books when I am old and greyWww@QuestionHome@Com
