I know what you're talking about, and almost everyone on here has given you false right answers!.

Carlisle told Bella Edward has green eyes when he was telling her about facing the decision of changing Edward!.

I'm fairly certain (Though not positive!.) this was during New Moon after Bella was nearly attacked by Jasper at her 18th birthday party!.

Carlisle was stitching up her arm and then Edward came and drove Bella out!.

new moon in the first chapter when she has a "surprise" b-day party at the cullens!. she gets cut, jasper attacks her, everyone leaves the room, and carlisle cleans her up!. they somehow ended up talking about edwards human life!. carlisle said that edward had emerald green eyes and bronze colored that he inherited from his mother!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

In New Moon, Carlisle and Bella are talking about Edward's past!. Carlisle mentions something about how Edward's eyes were the same shade of green as his mother's!. But now that he is a vampire, his eyes change colour from gold to hazel to black, depending on his thirst for blood!.

Ok, once Edward is a Vampire, he has goldeyes that go black when he is hungry!.
When he was human, he had green eyes, just like his mother!.
This can be found in New Moon when Carlisle is telling bella about Edwards past and when he changed him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yah as quoted in Twilight, it says that when Edward hasn't hunted in a while, his eyes are black!. When he has hunted, his eyes (described by Bella) are like liquid Topaz (gold)!. I never saw anything about green eyes
