I had a few drink yesterday and today I can read much slowly then before!? Like only on 2/3 of the speed !?!

Absolutely not!
Even though drinking can make you act dumb, it doesn't actually make you dumb!. At least not until you reach the advanced stages of cirrhosis where you are being poisoned by the toxins that your liver can't process!.
And do you know how many spare brain cells we have!? Tons!.
