My favorites were Jurassic Park, Prey, and Timeline!. I think his most recent book, Next, is pretty good as well!. What I like about his writing is the way everything he writes about is well-researched, and alarmingly plausible!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

He's a decently compelling storyteller, but I don't appreciate the way he jams his political and moral views down your throat!. For example, the charts and graphs he inserts into conversation during "State of Fear" in an attempt to disprove global warming!. Regardless of my opinion on that subject, I'm not looking for a lecture on climatology when I read a mass market thriller!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Jurassic Park was good too, but sometimes it's harder to read a book after watching the movie because you expect something totally different!.

You know what!? Just go to the closest library and check out all his books!. also, if you like Crichton you might also like Arthur C!. Clarke!. He's a bit more sci-fi ish, though!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I've read all of his nonfiction books!. "Next" was great and had a lot more humor in it than his usual technical, sci-fi style!. "Prey" is a page-turner!. "Rising Sun" and "Disclosure" are great selections also!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
