If it's parental-related, Toxic Parents by Susan Forward is really great!. She segments each type of abuse (physical, psychological, alcoholism, gambling, etc!.) and talks about how some of her patients dealt with the recovery process!. She also has some exercises that are helpful (like writing a hateful letter to the abuser that you don't send, but helps you vent)!. Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I read a book a while back called Our Little Secret!. It's a true story about a man who was sexually abused by his father when he was a child!. It's actually kinda disturbing!. Anyway read it!.
