Question: Good books about (or have in them) dragons!?
I remember reading this really good book about dragons and the people who ride them in the middle ages when I was in 5th grade!.
I really like the fantasy genre and would like to read that book again, or any other good books about dragons!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Here are the two good ones I can think of right now:
Guards! Guards! by Terry Pratchett
Split Heirs by Lawrence Watt EvansWww@QuestionHome@Com

Depending on your age, you may have been reading books from the very good series The Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey, where ideas for Eragon were born!.

The best book I've read about dragons is The Book Dragon by Donn Kushner!.
It's out of print, but may be at your public library, and I found my copy (after putting on a pricey search) in a used bookstore for $3!.50!.
Suggest you ask the library to order a copy if they don't have one now!.
It's a 'keeper,' but if you can just read the slim volume at least once, it will tell you more about dragons (and seems so true) than any other 'dragon' book I've read!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Eragon and it's sequal Eldest are good books you might also want to try Dragon Rider!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
