And if you can tell me how often they have to hunt, please cite either a page number or a Stephenie Meyer interview where she said such!. (Please don't just make something up!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In Midnight Sun (edward's version of twilight) he says that it was two weeks from the last time they hunted but it was only uncomfortable if a human walked too close!. Otherwise it was pretty much ok!. Except for Jasper because he had a harder time!. When they get thirstier, they're eyes turn black and the thirst becomes harder and harder to control!. So they have to hunt i'd guess every 2-3 weeks!. i think they go whenever it's sunny also!. But that's just because they can't go to school when the sun is out so i guess they use the time to hunt!.Www@QuestionHome@Com A vegetarian vampire needs to hunt when their thirst becomes unbearable, in the 3rd and 1st book Edward starts to explain it but usually ends it to try to sheild bella!. Basically the SYMPTOMS of it is that their eyes almost turn coal black!. But it really depends on the vampire!. Edward says they feel like they need to hunt every 2 weeks but if necessary they could go longer!.
