If you have books on hand by these authors view who their publisher is and go to that publishers website!. If you don't have books on hand then go to www!.amazon!.com and view the inside cover of the book to get the publisher information!. When you log onto a publishers site you will be given options on how to contact each author if they allow it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
