Hi,

Using 'she' a lot will make the story a little repetitive, so try alternating 'she' with the character's name - don't overuse either of them though, reading it to yourself helps as you can hear what it sounds like and then make changes if you need to!.

Sometimes the things that take the longest to write are better because of it, JK Rowling took about 6 years to write the first Harry Potter - and that's one of the best selling books in the world!.

Keep trying though, especially if you are still enjoying writing it!. Good Luck!! : )Www@QuestionHome@Com

well i am 12 and i am a begining writer and i won't tell you that useing she sounds bad (even though it does but other people have already awnsered that!.) and you said it takes you 3 months to write only 30 pages don't worry cause i started writing a book when i was 8 and am still writing it and only around page 100!. So don't worry i t takes some time !. You also said you don't know how to change scences well maybe you could skip a line or change the chapter!? At least that's what i do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes, using she, or he, makes you look like a bad writer

just use persons name, like mark then went into the house for e!.g!.

to go to the next scene you just say then meanwhile in (insert new scene here)

i am not a writer and even i know that lol
